Biographical Details:
He was born in Milano and was professor of rhetoric at the University of Naples from 1470 to 1480; on 21 November 1485 Bienatus was elected bishop of Martirano (Catanzaro), role he held until his death. Presumably he died in the last months of 1496, since on Jan. 9th 1497 was elected his successor Angelo de Papacoda.
